This course is one of the 10 main courses provided at Høgtun and runs normally from Wednesday after lunch through to the rest of the week. As an international student, you will have to take the Learning Norwegian course as well. You will normally have Learning Norwegian before lunch Monday through Wednesday. After lunch Monday and Tuesday you get to choose optional subjects described in the courses and trips section.
Study trip in november
The students at Høgtun choose between 5 different school trips in November. You can choose a trip independent of the main course (with an exception to Powder Japan H2O who go to Japan and MaxPulse Spain who go to Spain). Most international students choose to travel within Norway, but you can also choose between
Morten Johansen (Phone: (+47) 90095789 – e-mail: morten (at) hogtun.no)
Some main courses have their own trips with the class in addition to this. (Horse, Powder, Bootcamp, Creative and Fotball).
These trips are mandatory (and included in the price given for that course).
Other classes have one of the 6 November trips as a part of class. (e.g Alpine adventure – Spain have the climping in Spain trip as a part of the main course.) This means that the Climbing Spain trip is recommended as a November choice for this class. But it is not mandatory. Students in this class could select one of the other November trips if they want to. The price for the November trips is given on the presentation page for that trip, and is not included in any main course price.
The learning Norwegian plus course have Norway as recommended trip, but you select whatever you want.
Bootcamp has their own trip to USA in February in addition to the November trips
